A recognized voice in business strategy and relational leadership, Carla Wood is also a highly rated speaker.  Founder of ALL Strategy, a successful, international enterprise focused on driving growth for service-based businesses, Carla believes incremental shifts maximize results.  Carla has supported small and mid-size businesses in making tens of millions of additional revenue.

Prior to ALL Strategy, Carla held the Managing Director position of a successful coaching and consulting firm, sold over $100 million in residential real estate, supported a boutique ad agency through growth to final acquisition by an international leader in advertising, launched several small business ventures, and owned her own Marketing Consulting Firm. 

Carla has a relational, intuitive, and grounded approach to metrics-based success influenced by her Psychology degree, MBA, and Masters of Science in Real Estate. 

Passionate about generosity, Carla is highly involved in giving back in various forms within the business community. She currently sits on various corporate advisory boards and holds a committee position for Long Range Planning at the Vancouver Club. She formerly served as Board Chair of Dress for Success Vancouver, Secretary on the Board of Tearfund Canada, held an Advisory position for TWU School of Business, and has acted as a mentor to women business leaders for over a decade through The Forum and Women in Business. In 2017, Carla was recognized as one of 29 trailblazers in British Columbia earning a BC Business’s Women of Influence 2017 Award, and has been nominated five years consecutively for a RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award. 

Outside of her working hours, Carla is mom to two adventurous sons, loves hiking, skiing, gardening, cooking, walking with friends, local and international travel, and wrestling through the NYT Crossword.
